I hit my 500th post! Admittedly, I scrambled last minute to figure out what I was going to post for this milestone. But like most of my water-related decisions lately, I defaulted to my newly acquired Cartier Santos. For good reason too: it was the first watch I ever thought to take photos of and write about!
That said, the shot itself, besides featuring the gorgeous form factor of the medium sized model, didn’t really have much to do, thematically speaking, with where my watch photography journey started. But it was substantial enough of a shot to trigger the desire to document the process a bit. And so, I’m here to deliver on another edition of behind the photo, this time featuring the Cartier Santos shot I posted this morning to celebrate my 500th post.
